The starts of the film are Dave Johns, some of his previous work is Howay!, Me, the Elephant, walk like a panther, fishermen friends and blithe spirit with his best role being in i Daniel Blake also being the first film he starred in, he has won 3 film awards throughout his acting career. the other main actor was George fenton, gerogre has been acting since 1971 and has been in 102 films, short films and televisions and has won a lot of awards for his work. this film made 15.8 million dollars in the box office witch is impressive for an independent film. the comapanys taht helped produce this film are sixteen films, eOne Films, Why Not Productions, Wild Bunch and BBC films.
