my audio-visual production is an original horror show called followed, with it being aired on bbc 1 and having a serious tone with the show having spooky editing ad acting. Like horror shows such as such as the Netflix adaption Scream, I will follow the codes and conventions appropriate for a mainstream product aimed at a target audience of aspiration women aged 18-35, who are interested in horror shows. these interests will be shows on the bbc 1 channel at 9  pm as it has an age rating of 15, the show will also have trailers on other channels and bbc 1 to promote it.

i will be creating a spooky and original show with lots of tension and suspense the show will have a variety of new ideas and different ways to create suspense, the idea of my show is to create as much fear and suspense for the viewer. using sound and lighting it will gain the horror audience as they know horror films based of the lighting and the suspenseful music.  my first scene will show the chatterers this will be in the middle of the film as horror goes on it gets more Gorey and suspenseful, it will use studio cool lighting to create suspense and will make the viewer feel fear. i will also have reviews off newspapers and online sources to show the viewer that they should watch this as its been rated high. the characters will be wearing fashionable clothes to fit in with the viewing age of 19-25, the characters will also be young adults’ viewer can relate to their day to day life. my show will not be linked to anything else as it shows the creativity and originality.

my show will have themes of relationships, trusts and loss as it is emotionally manipulative to the viewer and will make them upset as they might be able to relate, this reflects some types of stereotypes in horror. however, my show will have different theme of loss as in horror it is usually all the same, the 18-35 usually have family at this point so you can use that to create fear. using a range themes will bring in new audience and the same horror audience also having a range of audience 18-35 it fits in well as horror is more of a mature genre. my show has morals of the story so that people can learn from it and shows how greed is so awful. i will use a portfolio to show what types of films i have created so that the more professional people can see what i am capable off.

i will be using adobe premiere pro and after effects to edit my show, i will record off my cannon camera then import onto my pc so that i can add effects to it music and make it spooky. the music in the scene will be spooky to send shivers down on the viewer and create fear.
